A practicing internist with extensive experience in practice management, she ensures that every operational decision is grounded in clinical reality and physician-centered values. She leads credentialing, compliance, and physician relations across all managed practices.

David oversees Five Lakes Medical Investments' acquisition strategy, capital partnerships, and portfolio management. His background spans healthcare real estate, private equity, and structured finance, with a track record of identifying and executing on high-value medical office and outpatient facility opportunities across the Midwest and Southeast.

Sarah drives operational excellence across Five Lakes Medical Management's portfolio of partner practices. With a background in healthcare systems management and revenue cycle optimization, she leads the teams responsible for staffing, practice operations, and RCM — ensuring every partner practice operates at peak efficiency.

Thomas leads Five Lakes Medical Consulting's advisory practice, working directly with health systems, physician groups, and healthcare organizations navigating strategic transitions. His consulting work spans market entry strategy, practice acquisition advisory, payer contract negotiation, and organizational restructuring.

Lisa oversees all legal, regulatory, and compliance matters across the Five Lakes Medical enterprise. Her practice focuses on healthcare law, physician contracting, MSO structure and compliance, and real estate transaction counsel. She ensures every engagement is structured to protect both the company and its physician and investor partners.
